【参考教学设计】

一、教学目标:

1.语言能力

⑴掌握重点语法结构“be going to do”和相关特殊疑问句句型:

What do you want to be when you grow up?

How are you going to do that?

Where are you going to work?

When are you going to start?

⑵学会运用what ,how , where ,when 与be going to do来提出问题并能做出正确回答。

2.学习能力:能力独立思考、分析或者通过小组合作等方式比较、归纳语法点。

3.思维品质:通过编写句子、情景抢答等来培养学生的逻辑性思维能力。

4.文化品格:学生能敢于说英语,对职业树立正确的价值观。


二、教学重点:

grammar focus 中四个目标语言的熟练掌握,及一般将来时be going to的用法.


三、教学难点:

会准确使用be going to表达将来发生的事情。


四、教学过程

Step one: Warm up and lead in(5mins)

1.greeting

2.warming--up and lead--in

 T: do you like computer games?

 Do you want to be a computer programmer?

 So you are going to study computer science.

【设计意图】通过口语交流,增强学生学习信心,为后续教学打好基础。


Step two: Presentation(15mins)

1. look for my own dream.

Do you know the person Zhuge Kongming ?

Do you want to know what life you will be in twenty years? Here is a box, you can take out a paper from the box .

2. Make conversations

A: I want to be an actor,what about you ?

B: I want to be a teacher

A: How are you going to do that ?

B: I am going to study education

3 .Grammar

want to be “想成为”    be going to do “将要干某事”

 want 与 be 随人称变化而变化。

E.g :  I am going to white a letter.

 否定句: I am not going to a white a letter.

 一般疑问句:Are you going to white a letter?

 特殊疑问句:What are you going to do?

【设计意图】通过指导发现法创设情境,鼓励学生思考、分析、比较,从而帮助总结语法规则。


Step three :Practice (8mins)

1.Do activity 3a

After finishing it, please boys read the sentences with “want to be” girls read the sentences

with “be going to”

2.情景抢答:

T: Now I am in trouble, Could you give me some advice?

I am hungry.

I am going to ......

I am thirsty.                         

I am going to......

I am sleepy.

I am going to......

【设计意图】通过机械操练和有意义的操练,学生进一步掌握语法点的规则和意义,逐步实现运用和巩固目标。


Step four: Production(10mins)

1.Do activity 3b

  T: I want to be an actor. I am going to take acting lessons at a university. I am going to

  study in Hang Kong. I am going to start next year. What about Kelly? Do you want to

  know?

2.Make a survey: Write five questions about jobs using “be going to”. Then ask your partner your questions.

【设计意图】学生用be going to写出五个问题,然后小组讨论所写问题并将讨论结果写下来,每组派代表向全班做汇报。最后,教师对小组表现作总结,选出“最佳小组”。


Step five: Summary and homework(3mins)

1.Compulsory homework: 完成同步作业中相关的语法练习。

2.Optional homework: 以“My Dream Job”为题写一篇小短文。

【设计意图】小组活动最大限度地开拓学生思维;及时评价和鼓励学生让他们树立良好正确的价值观;作业布置帮助学生再次巩固知识点,进一步提高学生的写作能力。
