习近平主席呼吁用斗争精神来面对风险
或多或少会有人知道一个网络热词（hot words）“学习时代”（Xi’s moments）。我们生活在和平与发展共存的时代(An era of coexistence of peace and development )，随着世界多极化(World Multipolarization )的发展，这个时代正在悄无声息地进行百年未有之大变局(A Great Change Unseen in a Century )。
中共中央总书记(general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee)习近平主席，站在时代的前沿敦促(urge)广大干部群众(officials)尤其是青年干部(young officials)要有斗争精神(to embrace a fighting spirit)，提高自己的能力(enhance their abilities)，以便面对现在和未来的风险和挑战(risks and challenges now and in the future)并赢得胜利。
习近平说，当前中国正进入各种风险和挑战不断积累(keep accumulating)的时期，经济(economics)、政治(politics)、国防(national defense)、港澳台事务(work related to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan affairs)、外交(diplomacy)等领域面临的重大挑战不容小看(not be easier)。相反(instead)，它们将变得越来越复杂(become increasingly complicated)。
他呼吁官员们要坚定(firm up)战斗意志（will to fight），在面临困难情况和任务时，要敢于战斗并取得胜利(dare to fight and win)。坚决与危害党的领导(the leadership of the Party)和社会主义制度(socialist system)、国家主权(China’s sovereignty)、安全和发展利益(security and development interests)、国家核心利益(the country’s core interests)和重大原则(major principles)的风险和挑战斗争。
他还强调(underlined)，在面临重大挑战时，需要保持清醒的头脑(the need sober minds)和坚定的立场(firm positions)，集中精力朝着努力的方向奋斗(to stay focused on the direction of efforts)。
生命不息，奋斗不止。让我们共勉。(Life goes on, struggle goes on. Let's work together!)
